SG100K: Translating insights from 100,000 genomic data sets into improved health strategies
14 June 2023
Singapore's National Precision Medicine (NPM) Programme spans three phases (2017-2030), aiming to revolutionise healthcare through genomics. The SG100K study, as part of Phase II, maps the genomes of 100,000 Singaporeans and PRs across Chinese, Malay, and Indian ethnicities. The resulting dataset — will link genetic, clinical, and lifestyle data to better understand disease and improve health outcomes for Singaporeans and Asians.
